Do I need to be technical?
No. You paste one line to install, then tell Claude "set up the [skill] skill" and it interviews you for 8 questions. If you can send a voice note, you can run these.
What do I need to run them?
Claude — the desktop app, the web app at claude.ai, or Claude Code in your terminal. The skills drop into ~/.claude/skills/ and run on your own account. Nothing else to buy.
