  • Business information you provide during consultations or through our AI systems
  • Payment information processed securely through Stripe (we do not store card details)
  • Usage data and analytics (pages visited, features used)
  • YouTube channel information (when you connect your YouTube account)
  • Content you create through our platform (ideas, scripts, thumbnails, descriptions)

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and improve our services
  • To communicate with you about your account, bookings, and our products
  • To personalize your experience with our AI tools
  • To process payments and deliver purchased products
  • To generate AI-powered content (titles, scripts, thumbnails, descriptions) based on your inputs
  • To publish content to your connected YouTube channel on your behalf
  • To send relevant updates about our services (you can opt out at any time)

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our business:

  • Stripe — Payment processing
  • Supabase — Data storage
  • Google / YouTube API Services — YouTube channel connection and video publishing
  • Anthropic (Claude) — AI-powered content generation
  • KIE.AI — AI image generation (thumbnails)
  • Cloudflare — DNS, security, and media storage
  • Vercel — Website hosting

Each service has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.

4. AI and Data Processing

Our platform uses artificial intelligence to generate content. Important disclosures:

  • Your Content: Scripts, ideas, and other content you create is processed by AI systems solely to provide services to you.
  • Third-Party AI: We use Anthropic (Claude) for text generation and KIE.AI for image generation. Your data may be processed by these providers subject to their privacy policies.
  • No Model Training: We do not use your personal content to train general AI models shared with other users.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for site functionality and authentication, and analytics cookies to understand how visitors use our site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect functionality.

6. YouTube API Services & Google Data

Our platform uses YouTube API Services to enable you to connect your YouTube channel and publish videos directly from our platform. By using these features, you are also agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

What YouTube Data We Access

When you connect your YouTube account, we access:

  • Your YouTube channel name, profile URL, and profile picture
  • Your subscriber count (for display purposes only)
  • The ability to upload and publish videos to your channel on your behalf

How We Use YouTube Data

  • Display your connected YouTube channel in your admin dashboard
  • Upload and publish videos (including title, description, tags, and thumbnail) to your YouTube channel when you explicitly request it
  • Set custom thumbnails on published videos

YouTube Data Storage & Retention

  • We store your YouTube channel name, profile URL, subscriber count, and encrypted OAuth tokens for as long as your account is connected
  • OAuth tokens are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before storage
  • We do not store or cache YouTube video analytics, comments, subscriber lists, or any other YouTube channel data beyond what is listed above
  • When you disconnect your YouTube account, all stored YouTube data including encrypted tokens is deleted immediately

Revoking Access

You can disconnect your YouTube account at any time from the YouTube tab in your admin content dashboard. You can also revoke access directly through the Google security permissions page. Upon disconnection or revocation, all stored YouTube data is deleted.

No Sale of YouTube Data

We do not sell, lease, or share your YouTube data with any third parties. We do not use YouTube data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the features you use.

7. SMS & Mobile Messaging Privacy

When you provide your phone number through our booking forms, website, or AI assistant, we collect it solely for the purpose of sending you appointment reminders and service-related follow-up messages.

  • No Sharing: Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in data will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
  • Limited Use: We use your phone number only to send appointment reminders (24 hours, 1 hour, and 10 minutes before scheduled calls), follow-up messages related to your consultation inquiry, and responses to messages you initiate with our AI assistant.
  • Service Providers: Your phone number may be shared with our messaging service provider (Twilio) solely for the purpose of delivering SMS and WhatsApp messages on our behalf. Twilio does not use your number for any other purpose.
  • Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. See our SMS Terms for full details.

8. Data Retention

  • Account Data: Retained while your account is active and for 30 days after deletion
  • Content: Ideas, scripts, and generated assets are retained while your account is active; deleted upon account deletion
  • YouTube Data: Deleted immediately upon disconnection
  • Billing Records: Retained for 7 years for tax and legal purposes

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data
  • Portability: Request a copy of your data in a portable format
  • Opt Out: Opt out of marketing communications at any time

10. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), AES-256-GCM encryption for sensitive tokens, secure storage with access controls, and regular security assessments. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
