1. Overview

By accessing or using Skalers.io ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Services

Skalers.io provides AI-powered business automation systems, consulting services, digital products, content creation tools, and educational content. The platform includes AI agents, content generation (titles, scripts, thumbnails, descriptions), YouTube publishing, and other tools. Service details and deliverables are defined in individual agreements or product descriptions at the time of purchase.

3. Payments

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Subscription services (Pro Plan) are billed monthly or annually
  • One-time payments grant lifetime access to the purchased product
  • Consulting and implementation services are billed as agreed upon in writing
  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
  • You may cancel subscriptions at any time; access continues until end of billing period

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access granted upon purchase, all sales are final. For consulting services, refund terms are defined in individual service agreements.

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to content you create or upload through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

AI-Generated Content: You own the AI-generated content created through your use of the Service (titles, scripts, thumbnails, descriptions), subject to any applicable third-party rights.

Our Service: All content, templates, workflows, and materials provided through our products are licensed for your personal or business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or share access to purchased materials without written permission.

6. AI-Generated Content

Our AI tools produce content based on your inputs. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated content may require human review and editing before use
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content
  • You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before publishing
  • We are not liable for any consequences arising from your use of AI-generated content

7. YouTube API Services & Third-Party Integrations

Our Service uses YouTube API Services to enable you to connect your YouTube channel and publish videos. By using the YouTube features of our Service, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Our use of information received from YouTube API Services adheres to the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, including the limited use requirements. Please refer to our Privacy Policy (Section 6) for details on how we access, use, store, and delete YouTube data.

Revoking Access: You may disconnect your YouTube account at any time through the admin content dashboard, or by revoking access via the Google security permissions page.

The Service also integrates with other third-party platforms. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective terms and policies of those platforms. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services.

8. SMS & Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number through our website, booking forms, or conversational AI assistant, you consent to receive text messages (SMS and WhatsApp) from Skalers.io related to:

  • Appointment reminders for scheduled calls (24 hours, 1 hour, and 10 minutes before your call)
  • Follow-up messages related to your consultation inquiry
  • Responses to messages you initiate with our AI assistant

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. Typically 2–5 messages per scheduled appointment, plus any conversational replies you initiate.

Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Skalers.io does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may apply standard messaging fees.

Opt-Out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS services are available on major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others.

9. Limitation of Liability

Skalers.io provides tools, systems, and guidance. Results depend on your implementation, market conditions, and effort. We do not guarantee specific revenue, lead, or meeting outcomes. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
  • Generate content that infringes on any intellectual property rights
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose

11. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
