• One-time payments grant lifetime access to the purchased product
• Consulting and implementation services are billed as agreed upon in writing
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access granted upon purchase, all sales are final. For consulting services, refund terms are defined in individual service agreements.

6. AI-Generated Content

Our AI tools (including the Offer Generator) produce content based on your inputs. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing and adapting any AI output before using it in your business.

7. Limitation of Liability

Skalers.io provides tools, systems, and guidance. Results depend on your implementation, market conditions, and effort. We do not guarantee specific revenue, lead, or meeting outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
